Lastly, Our skilled team of experts come prepared with all the necessary lighting and equipment to ensure that all you have to do is sit down, relax and enjoy the process.

Our Process

1. Inquire

Submit your Inquiry Form.

4. Trial

This step is important, yet optional in some circumstances. In some cases this step may come before securing your date and that is totally fine.

2. Consult

Once we have confirmed availability we’ll have you schedule a phone consultation with Paola to discuss your vision + options. In some cases steps 2-4 can vary in order during the booking the process. 

5. Prep & Timeline Creation

For this step we will collect bridal party details to create a timeline to ensure things run smoothly on your day. We also provide you with a step-by-step guide to properly prepare to receive our team on your wedding day.

3. Secure

Based on your needs and the details we discussed, we will send over a customized proposal + contract so that you can secure your services with a deposit and signed contract.

FAQ

  1. Does Doll Haus Glam work on-location? 

Yes! We come to you! We are a mobile hair + makeup team and can service you and your bridal party in the comfort of your home, office, hotel suite or venue!

  2. Can you cover my tattoos? Yes!

Tattoo cover-ups start at $25 & up depending on the size of the area that needs to be covered.

  3. Do you offer airbrush makeup?

Yes! This is a $30 service upgrade available to any Bride or Guest.

  4. Do you have a service minimum?

Yes! Friday & Sunday Weddings have a service minimum of Bride + 3 adult services and Saturday  appointments have a service minimum of Bride + 4 adult services. The only exception to the service minimum is for Brides booking the VIP Bridal Package; If you are booking the standard package the service minimum is required.

  5. Will the artist that does my trial do my hair/makeup on my wedding day?

Absolutely! The artist(s) you are paired with are available for your wedding day, however if you book a trial and you do not book your services within 14 days of receiving your proposal we cannot guarantee that the same artist will still be available for your wedding date. 

  6. What should I bring to my trial?

Any hair accessories you’d like to incorporate into your hairstyle & Inspiration photos that cater to your features. (Ex: if you have brown eyes, bring photos of individuals w/ brown eyes. Same with hair; Find inspiration with your same hair color)

  7. Are lashes included in all makeup services?

Yes! They’re included!

  8. What products do you use?

We use a variety of products including, but not limited to, NARS, MAC, Laura Mercier, Charlotte Tilbury, Dior, Sephora Collection, Benefit, Rare Beauty, Tarte, Laneige, Milk & so much more!

  9. What are Concierge Services?

Concierge Services are personalized services designed to provide you with additional support & touch-ups past the initial hair/makeup application. This service is designed to provide hair/makeup touch-ups during photos, before/after the ceremony & catching tears before/during or after your ceremony and pictures.

  10. Do you have a travel fee?

Yes. Travel fees start at $25/artist and go up according to the distance required to travel. For destinations further than 1.5hrs from the artists home, overnight accommodations will be required.

  11. Can you service large parties?

Yes, upon availability Paola will service the Bride and up to 4 more guests on the wedding day. After 5 services an additional artist fee is applicable/required at the rate of $100/artist in order to accommodate.

  12. What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Zelle or various forms of Electronic payments. Checks are not accepted.

  13. How far in advance should I book you?

As soon as a you have a set date & secured a venue. Dates are first come, first serve and are only secured with a signed contract + deposit.

  14. How long will it take for makeup or hair?

Bridal makeup can take anywhere from 1.5-2hrs depending on the look desired and bridal party makeup can take anywhere from 45-60 minutes. Bridal hair can take anywhere from 1-1.5hrs depending on the hairstyle and bridal party hair can take anywhere from 30-60 minutes depending on the hairstyle.

   15. How do I inquire for my date?

Fill out our “Inquiry Form” and we’ll get back to you with our availability and/or options. 

   16. Do you only provide hair + makeup for weddings?

No. Our team can provide hair and makeup services for any special event, quinceañera, TV/Film production, commercial or print
